Event Manning - Staff Operators - Supervision - Attendants
To help run your 'Inflatable Bouncy Castles' or we can supply the 'Attendants For Queue Control'
Fun Days, Sponsor Bounce, Fund Raising, Private Parties, Event Manning and Attendants can be provided with full supervision at your School Fetes
Available to hire for your event and to safety Mann your inflatables of soft play. This will leave you with peace of mind knowing your in safe hands and allowing you to do the things you need to. Some inflatables will need two or three staff like slides and assault courses ect.
Please note Our member of staff can either arrange the que and take the money or tokens ready to enter the inflatable, this is called Attendant. Our member of staff can arrange the manning of the children on the inflatable or soft play which is supervising, this is called an Operator.
Please check your dates before booking manning as it is subject to availability.
One member of staff cannot arrange the 'Queue and Mann' the inflatables at the same time under HSE safe operating at public events.

Operating instructions must be supplied and should include the following:
- Restrict the number of users on the inflatable at the same time to the limit in the operator manual or on the unit label. Don't exceed the user height limit and keep bigger users separated from smaller ones
- Make sure users can get on and off safely, with safety matting at the entrance that is no more than 2 inches deep
- People should not wear shoes or glasses, and should empty their pockets of all sharp or dangerous items
- Anyone obviously intoxicated should not be allowed on
- Don't allow users to climb or hang on the walls
- Regularly check that anchor points are still secure
- When operating the inflatable outside, use an anemometer to measure wind conditions at regular intervals, and visually check for changes in wind direction (such as looking at how the trees are swaying).
- Make sure you take readings in the direction of the wind known as anemometers and record wind speed, direction and the strength of gusts.

- We can offer you a manning service for your inflatable hire in your back garden, at a church fete, a nursery or school fete. Team building events can be catered for if you require several staff. BJ's Bouncy Castles can offer this service subject to availability. You can add manning when on the booking form.
- We offer a minimum of up to 4 hours and then you can increase the time by the hour and whether you want only one member of staff or if you require six members of staff to be at your event.
- When you book an inflatable or many products on our live booking system on line, you will have the option to add the manning service then for your party or event.
- It will give you a drop down box to click on how many hours and also how many staff you need. Please add any extra instructions to your additional notes when you book online and a member of our booking team will email or ring with confirmation or any further questions.
