Q. What areas do you deliver?
A. We deliver FREE to Croydon, Bromley, Beckenham, Bexley, Orpington, Biggin Hill, and Sevenoaks with many more free areas. We also deliver to all the surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply to your venue, please click our DELIVERY AREAS page for all delivery areas catered for.
Q. Do you deliver out doors in the winter?
A.Yes - Winter times start from October to March:
Collection times on KIDS products for outside garden hires, we start collecting from 3pm/4pm on wards as this is when it starts to get dark - damp - special requests please ask first.
It would be advisable to hire a ground sheet and extra mats in winter!
Halls are always best to hire in the winter months, kids will be dry, warm, clean and have more fun.
Q. How long is the hire period? Venues and Homes
A. If going to a Venue we cater for the times you need subject to availability, if with in normal day hire times.
All we ask if we can have an hour before the party starts to allow a half hour delivery slot (required) and half hour set up time.
An hour slot after party finishes is always best too.
I know some times only customers can only afford half hour slots, so we will work with that as well, subject to availability and being able to do it all in in a half hour slot!
At Home in the Back Garden, You can have it as long as you require it during the day, normally all day is most popular and delivery for homes are any time from 7am/12noon in summer peak season, and then collection from 5.30pm/7.30pm for kids inflatables, which can go over if we are busy. (we can arrange an earlier collections on request).
We offer a late collection - Premium service - which guarantees no collection before at least 8pm for kids and
adults inflatables for £20 extra, which you add on the booking form, if
required. (summer months)
'family and adults' suitable inflatables can be collected from 7pm on wards if required for free in summer season! March to September.
For weddings and venues on special request, we can send out a driver to collect out of hours, where castles can not be left over night. From only £30 late night collections.

Q. Over night hire?
A. You can upgraded to keep a family and adult inflatable's product over night, if needed just add it on the booking form for only £30. Collection will then be from morning to early afternoon the following day. Check product description if allowed.
Most family and adults parties go for the over night option.
(not allowed on kids only products)
Q. How long will you need to set-up and pack away?
A. Home deliveries: We require a minimum of 30 minutes
to set up before the party starts and 30 minutes to collect at the end of the party.
Halls and Venues: Please
bear this in mind if you are hiring a venue, we also need
a half hour minimum window slots for Delivery/Arrival, and half hour for Collection/Arrival. (So One hour in total either side of delivery and then collection)
Q: What comes with my hire?
A. When hiring an inflatable we supply one 25m extension lead, metal pegs, electric blower and one safety mat. Extras can be ordered.
For soft play we provide safety mats as needed
with delivery - set up, dismantle and collection included.
If you require extra long extension leads up to 45 meters then please add this request when booking on line in the additional info box.
Q. Is BJ’s Bouncy Castle & Soft Play available all year round?
A. Yes! We can set up in a venue of your choice, at home or outside (weather and room size permitting,) to avoid disappointment please try and book your hire as early as possible. Don't worry as we offer free rain cancellation if needed on all domestic bookings on the day before delivery.
We will only cancel if the wind or rain is the cause due to safety of our customers and dealing with electrics out doors. It does not happen much at all.
Q. What age group is the equipment for?
A.Our soft play and activity soft play equipment is suitable for 0-3 year old's.
However, our bouncy castles range from children, teenagers and up to adults. See each product details - description for the suitable age groups before booking as all castles are different.
Q. If I hire lots of equipment for a venue or school fete..
A. You will be required to send us a deposit or full payment when ordering numerous items.
On request, we will send you an invoice and you will find our BACS details on there and the deposit or full payment required can be paid by card plus 2% fee.
You will also need to arrange suitable adults/helpers to mann the equipment safely and correctly for the benefit of the users safety and our equipment.

If items have been pre-booked and you decide to cancel with in 7 days of the hire date the items will be fully chargeable unless of course it's raining or very windy on the day, where we offer free cancellation on bookings.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We have £5million Public Liability Insurance and we are also CRB Checked. We are also members of the British Inflatable Hire Alliance, BIHA and TIPE The Inflatable Play Enterprise and the Bouncy Castle Network, BCN.
Q. How do I book?
A. Please click on the product you require, Then you will see ''book online'' or ''Check availability'' button. Please press either one.
This will check our online LIVE diary for the date and postcode area you want and will confirm immediately if available, then you can go ahead and complete the booking form.
No payment due upfront when booking on line.
You will be emailed confirmation of your booking straight away.
Always check your inbox and junk mail with in 5 minutes of making the booking.
You can book over the phone or by email, but we do prefer on line bookings as our website is live and when you book the product via our website, it will be reserved for you immediately, stopping any one else booking that product on the same day!
Yes it's really that simple to book online! First come first served
No payment due when sending the booking form online unless you want to!
Q. How do I pay?
A. Book on line and pay Cash on delivery or by card on the website, Please have the cash payment ready upon arrival to avoid holding up our deliveries as we will not leave our equipment with you if this is not ready and may have to go to the next delivery and you will still be invoiced.
If you prefer to pay by BACS prior to the event please email us with your booking ref number and we will send you an invoice to pay it.
Q. Is I.D needed.. Yes
For set up at venue's you will need to take two forms of I.D to show our staff on delivery, photo I.D and recent address I.D. utility bills with in 3 months are acceptable with a driving license or passport.
NO I.D - no set
Q. What happens if an item arrives and does not fit in my garden or venue?
A. If we arrive and the garden/venue area is too small or not suitable or safe for the product ordered, then we will charge you only 50% cancellation of the hire fee.
We still have to pay our staff to attend and fuel costs.
Plus we also lose out on the full hire when we could of booked it out to some one else who has taken the time to measure the area or clean and prepare the area.
Ask us for our advice prior to delivery if not sure on what is needed to be done.
If not sure email us a couple of photos of the area and we will advise!
Q. What happens if the equipment gets damaged while on hire?
A. Hopefully this doesn’t happen, no reason why it should with full adult supervision and correct use only, but in the event that it does, you (as the hirer) with incur a charge for cleaning the items/s or repairs to the item or replacing it if can not be repaired to look as it was.
Important: If our equipment is left dirty when we collect it, then we will charge you £30-£50 for my staff to clean it for you.
Remember to leave it when finished, as you found it please - Clean!
Q. What preparations would I need to make before you arrive?
Have cash payment ready!
Have a clear access to where the inflatables or soft play equipment is to be set up.
Include clearing side walk ways - move all bins, bags of rubbish. We need to get a trolley through.
- Clear of any dog foul, stones, washing lines and poles ect.
My staff are not there to do this for you!
- The ground/floor space should be a flat and an even surface with no mud or earth, clear of any sharp objects, toys, trampolines, slides ect.
- We will be able to set up more quickly and enable you to get on and enjoy the hire if you make sure the area is fully clear before our arrival.
Any outside space MUST be clear of dog, foxes, cats (or any other) faeces and we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the area is not suitably clean or prepared.
- Grass to be cut before delivery, with no loose grass on the ground please.
Q. Can parents help with the children on the soft play?
A. Parents can assist the toddlers, but all shoes will need to be taken off before going on the mats to avoid damage. Parents are not allowed on the kids castle as this could cause damage to the bed of the castle and split the seams, we would advise getting a family castle so all can enjoy and use together.
Q. Can things be bespoke to my order
A. Any special requirements please add this to your booking form when completing it on line or email us and we will try and assist the best we can.
Q. What are your Terms & Conditions?
A. We have full click Terms & Conditions of Hire which you are obliged to abide by should you wish to book with us via on line or telephone and email.
We pride ourselves not only on providing at children's parties with top quality Soft Play and Inflatable fun and Games, but also on the safety of our clients come's first.
This is why we would ask all clients to adhere to our terms and conditions to ensure that everybody using our Soft Play, Inflatable Bouncy Castles is not only having a good time, but are also remaining safe at all times.
