What if I need to cancel my booking?
For cancellations made 24 hours prior to your hire date, only the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours require full payment. If you cancel on arrival, full payment is still due.

What should I do if it rains?
Rain cancellation is possible on the morning of your booking if it’s raining in Bexleyheath. The holding deposit will be forfeited, but no additional charges will apply. Cancellations must occur before our delivery team arrives.
