The integrated speaker supports Bluetooth, USB, SD card and AUX connections, giving you plenty of flexibility. Our team will connect everything before leaving and demonstrate how to use the system.
If your Bluetooth connection is lost because your device moves out of range (around 20ft), simply reconnect by pressing the Bluetooth mode button on the speaker and selecting the unit again from your device. If necessary, switching the speaker off and back on will reset the connection. We're always happy to offer assistance over the phone if required.

Installed, Tested & Ready To Party
Every Disco Dome Bouncy Castle is delivered, inflated and tested by our experienced team before your event begins. We provide the blower, extension leads, safety mat and appropriate anchoring or ballast depending on whether your booking is indoors or outdoors. Please note the window door should be kept rolled up at all times in extreme heat to allow air circulation into the dome.

Please note: Face paint, glitter, balloon confetti, streamers, silly string and party poppers are not permitted on any of our bouncy castles or inflatables, as they can permanently stain the material.
Bluetooth Connection Guidance
When we deliver and set up the Disco inflatable our team will connect the PA speaker to your device and show you how the connection works before leaving.
Please note that, like all Bluetooth systems, the connection range is limited. Your phone or tablet must remain within approximately 20ft of the speaker to maintain a stable connection. Moving outside this range may cause the audio to disconnect.
If you need to reconnect your device to the speaker, please follow the steps below:
- Locate the Bluetooth control on the rear of the speaker. This is accessed via the Mode button.
- Press the button until the display shows Bluetooth.
- On your phone or tablet, ensure Bluetooth is switched on.
- Make sure no other devices with Bluetooth are on as this will stop the connection.
- Find the speaker name in your list of available devices and select it.
- The device must stay with in a short range otherwise the speaker will disconnect.
- If the device shows as not connected, tap to accept the connection. In some cases, it will reconnect automatically once you are back within range.
If the speaker does not reconnect, switch the power button on the rear of the speaker off, then back on. Once powered up, repeat the steps above. This will restart the Bluetooth search and allow your device to reconnect.
Please be aware that once setup has been completed by our team, we cannot be held responsible if the Bluetooth connection is later lost during the hire. An electric blower and extension lead are included with the hire. For outdoor setups, the inflatable will be securely pegged into grass as standard. For indoor bookings, sandbags are provided instead, and one safety mat is supplied free of charge.
