Hiring a bouncy castle and soft play hire in a hall or venue..
At BJ's Bouncy Castles Hire we operate all year around. We hire our bouncy castles, bounce and slides, disco domes, assault course and much more 365 days a year.
You can view all our equipment online via our website and check live the availability with our online diary system making sure you only can book what is available on the date you require it.
Once you book online with us you will receive an email confirmation with your booking form attached for you to check and confirm.
We will then pass your order over to our dispatch department where you will receive another email called passed to dispatch with an update with in 14 days of the hire. three days prior to your hire date we will update you again via email letting you now you are still in safe hands and your booking is being prepared for delivery.
On the day of your delivery our dispatch and delivery staff will prepare your order. The driver will then load the van either the night before or early that morning, where your delivery will be routed and put out for delivery.
The driver will then text/call you with an update when they are on the way to deliver and set up your equipment. This keeps you updated all the way along the line from booking email, passed to dispatch email and the update on your order email with final confirmation from the driver themselves on the morning.
We use state of the art live booking system making it even quicker and convenient to make a booking 24/7 when you have the time to make the order for your bouncy castles or soft play and ball ponds.
Now our winter season has kicked in we are still busy with out door hires especially with Halloween just around the corner.
We are now hiring to many indoor halls and venues for our clients. We are getting so busy right now after the announcement of halls and parties are allowed and reopening venues across the south of England after lock down was finished.
We are now getting booked up weeks in advance and always try to add further delivery crews to reach the high demand for our clients.
Halls and indoor venue hire are always a favourite through out the year but of course more popular in the colder season for kids parties.
We have most of our bookings delivery times from 12noon to 2pm which then limits the amount of halls we can get to at any one time. Even though we are the largest bouncy castle and soft play hire i the south east of London and Kent and even Surrey, we still have limited time slots we are able to attend.
We do advise when booking at venue, to think about delivery times and always allowing a minimum of 1 hour window slots for us.
It does not take 1 hour to set up your soft play and bouncy castles, but we need the 1 hour window to allow safe arriving and set up before your party starts.
We have to allow for any hold ups from the previous delivery, the traffic and parking on arrival. Then once we arrive we have to unload and take the equipment into the venue, meaning doing several trips from the van to the hall.
Then we have assess the area, with risk assessments in force ad method statements making everything as safe as possible with no hazards.
The equipment is then all prepared and set up for you. Before we leave we will make sure it's fit for use and explain the usage and then collect any remaining payment.
You are then left to man and look after the kids and the equipment until we return at the agreed time on your booking form. We will then prepare and clean and pack away the equipment.
