Platt Memorial Hall Hire - Sevenoaks
The hall/venue for hire here at Platt Memorial Hall Sevenoaks is a really lovely hall. Set out with lots of room and real modern look with lots of room for bouncy castles, soft play packages and our bounce and slides.
Large Hall
The Large Hall is 16 metres long and 9.9 metres wide. Fully air-conditioned. Features bi-fold doors on both sides. Can comfortably accommodate 120 people in theatre style seating plan or 100 around tables. Rectangular tables and chairs are included in the booking, and round tables and linen (for both round or rectangular tables) are available for an additional charge. A stage can be erected subject to an additional charge. Shared use of the kitchen is included in the booking.
The new building replaces the old Platt Memorial Hall which was built in 1922 and stood on the corner of the Maidstone Road and Long Mill Lane. Both the committee room and the main hall are available for hire for private and commercial use. There are also a number of regular activities held at the Hall throughout the week, details of which will be added to the website in due course. Customer Notice
For the benefit of all hall users, the hall have installed and up and running an ANPR car parking control system in place.
All hall users can still park for free. You are required upon entering the building to log in your vehicle registration number into the keypad provided in the hall lobby to qualify for FREE PARKING, otherwise you will have to pay or may incur a penalty charge. For parents who wish to drop off or pick up a child at the hall, there is a 10-minute grace period not requiring login. Any longer, please use the keypad provided.
If you are not using the Hall but wish to use the car park, you can purchase parking time using the Sippi App. You will have a 10-minute period of grace to do this.
