Bromley Parish Church Rooms and Hall Hire
We have a great suite of church rooms for hire:
The Clubroom,
Lounge
Shortlands room.
The Youth Centre
In the three Church rooms, located at the tower end of the church there are large and small kitchens and they have full disabled access with no steps. There is a large disabled toilet and baby changing facility.
The Youth Centre is at the town end of the church set back from the road and includes a large room with level access, toilets and a kitchen.

The Clubroom
It holds 70 people maximum, has plenty of plug sockets, and has a large kitchen attached to it, with large metal rollers that can be lifted up to act as a serving counter for the Clubroom. The hall dimensions are 7m (23ft) Wide x 10.5m (34ft) Length. The height of the Clubroom is approx 3m (10ft).
The outside area can be used in good weather.
The chair and table store is between the club and lounge with large wooden doors that concertina back. There are 100 chairs, 10off 5ft GOPAK tables and 5off 3ft GOPAK tables and 4off 5ft children's height GOPAK tables. Additional chairs and trestle tables available on request.
The average booking for a children’s party is 1-5 pm and the minimum hire charge of £130 applies. The hire charge above this time is £18.50 per hour.
The clubroom and lounge can be made into one very large room if booked together. The additional charge for also using the lounge is £130 for 4 hours.
The hire charge for meetings/clubs is £18.50 per hour for one-off hirers or £17.20 per hour for regular users.

The Lounge
The Lounge is a slightly smaller carpeted room that also holds 70 people maximum.
The hall dimensions are 7m (23ft) Wide x 8.5m (28.3ft) Length x approx 3m (10ft) high.
It is furnished with informal chairs and tables, and has access to a small galley kitchen. It has an electric slide screen mounted on the wall that can be used. The Lounge can be opened up to make a very large room with the Clubroom, if booked together.
The minimum hire charge for parties is £130 for 4 hours and £18.50 per hour above that. However this room is not really suitable for children's parties unless used in combination with the Club Room.
The hire charge for meetings/clubs is £18.50 per hour for one-off hirers or £17.20 per hour for regular users.

Access to a small galley kitchen
Can be opened up to make a very large room with the Clubroom when both rooms are booked together. If so you can have a larger bouncy castle, disco dome or bounce & slide and a great soft play set.

The Youth Centre
The Youth Centre lies at the town end of the church within the church grounds, but slightly set back from the church.
It is a more functional building, with a refurbished kitchen that has a large hatch to the hall.
The hall dimensions are 7.4m (24ft) Wide x 12m (39ft) Length x 3m (10ft) high. There is a chair store with 7 off 6ft GOPAK tables at the far end for approximately 50.
The hall holds 80 people maximum.
It is very popular for children’s parties and makes a very good self contained area and can accommodate a small bouncy castle. It is very suitable for adult activities such as line dancing, martial arts and exercise classes. The outside area is more restricted than at the Rooms but there is a patio.
The minimum charge for a typical 1-5pm hire for a children’s party is £95 and £18.50 per hour over this time.
The hire charge for meetings/clubs is £18.50 per hour for one-off hirers or £17.20 per hour for regular users.
Very suitable for adult activities such as line dancing and exercise classes.
Holds 80 people maximum
Tables & chairs for approximately 50 people.
