Petrol Blowers & Generator Hire
Price per hire/day: £120
This petrol blower hire is designed for events where there is no access to mains electricity. It is suitable for powering one bouncy castle or one section of an assault course and is commonly used at parks, school fields, fetes and outdoor venues.
The hire includes a full tank of fuel, typically lasting between 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the inflatable and number of users. You will also receive 1 x 5 litre can of additional fuel, which can extend total run time up to approximately 8 hours depending on usage.
If your booking runs longer, you can add additional fuel during checkout. Larger quantities are also available, including 25 Litres of Fuel.
Please allow at least a 3ft square space around the blower for safe positioning and ventilation. More petrol blowers can be added if you are hiring multiple inflatables from our Kids Bouncy Castles Hire, Family Bouncy Castle Hire or Assault & Obstacle Course Hire ranges.
Operation & Refuelling
On set up, the blower will be filled with fuel and correctly prepared. We will demonstrate how to operate and refuel it safely using the supplied funnel and fuel can. The system is straightforward: one on/off switch and one pull cord.
Do not adjust the throttle or choke settings. Always turn the blower off before refuelling and ensure all users exit the inflatable during this process. Fuel levels must be checked at least every 2 hours and should not fall below one quarter of a tank.
Do not store the petrol can next to the blower while it is running. We strongly advise fencing off the blower area to prevent access by members of the public.
Important Responsibility Information
The client must ensure a responsible adult is available to monitor fuel levels and carry out refuelling. This person must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you choose to switch the blower off after set up, we cannot guarantee restarting once we have left site. Please contact us immediately if any issues arise.
If you hire your own generator or blower separately, it is your responsibility to ensure it meets the required minimum 2.7kva rating and has suitable sockets and leads. We recommend arranging a backup power source for larger events.
Any damage identified on collection will be chargeable at repair or replacement cost (replacement value £715 plus VAT).
