I'm happy to offer feedback. We were delighted with the service. I found it very easy to book online and was pleased to see you accepted Amex too. When your staff identified that there may be a problem with the height of the bouncy castle I had ordered for the venue, they contacted me straight away and offered to switch with a smaller one, very helpful because on reflection they were right, even though the venue proprietor suggested that the ceiling was high enough, it would definitely not have fit. The staff that delivered, set up and then subsequently collected the castle were very courteous, friendly, and got the job done in almost no time at all.
Overall a great experience that I would certainly recommend.
